Find out the name of a digimon I once saw

So Several years ago, for, I guess an anniversary of some kind, bandai made these four child digimon. I only remember one, the one I am interested it. It was like a mix between agumon and dracomon, except it was blue and wearing a wizard's hat. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

That's him, thank you. I wish they had done more with him and the other three. Rurimon would have made a great partner for the protagonist in an anime. I mean they didn't even give him attacks yet. Though if he did have one of them I think it should be called "Bag of Tricks."

Agreed hopefully sometime soon we get more with the 5 memorial project digimon.
Rurimon, Aequcedramon/Exdramon, Pyontomon, Madomon, and of course the best of them all Ganvivormon.

Be it just cards, or including them in some future v-pet or anime.

while not a 1:1 comparison, past art contest digimon i think often got similar forgotten ness. stuff like surfimon got a card in 08, and that was pretty much it until 2019 when he got his DRB profile... 12 years after he was revealed as a contest winner. 11 years after his first card.

Hell the fun thing about Rurimon was the story behind its creation how the individual was so flustered talking to Kenji Watanabe that they basically weren't able to really answer his questions clearly. I mean I think a good number of us would probably be similar blubbering messes when given a chance to have some one on one discussion with Kenji Watanabe, in regards to him designing a digimon with us in mind.

Hell I dont even care about learning attack names I just want them to cement their levels. Because sadly we honestly dont even know that info.
at least 2 of the 5 i know have sort of given their personal view point.
Sho said that they feel Aequcedramon is EITHER lv 3 or 4, Madomon's human said that they personally feel Madomon would evolve into Komondomon or w/e dog bus' name was so another rookie.

I dont remember if there was any conjecture about Rurimon or Pyontomon but both certainly feel like rookies to me. and Ganvivor also had no level mention to my knowledge but i think most people feel its probably an adult (still waiting on a child level cat bandai.)

One of the people who created Exdramon, said they imagined him as an adult level. I still see him as a child. Plus I would hope that Rurimon's profile would have him from Witchenly. There are just not enough digimon from there, and we know next to nothing about it.
