Bumped into this back in January, but I found it a hoot:
Imperialdramon's evolution in TEN different dubs!
It's so odd to hear the different interpretations on the voices. Some put much more emphasis towards a literal, monstrous voice.

And here's some more I sniffed out:
All Digimon Adventure evolutions
German

Agumon's forms:
Italian (all)
EU Portugese (Warp-digivolve)
Latino (MetalGreymon)
French (Greymon)

Gabumon's forms:
Italian (all)
EU Portugese (WereGarurumon)
Latino (WereGarurumon)

Veemon:
Spanish (Paildramon) O_O!

Interesting stuff.

I always wished that they had done the US dub with the Japanese music (just an instrumental for when there's lyrics). Because generally, I thought the voices were very good.

As for other dubs, some are pretty decent, but some of them are way over the top IMO. Probably, as you said, trying to sound like full blown monsters, but I find many of them just sound like they're screaming out their lines.

Lmao, the French Paildramon > Imperialdramon VA speaks so slowly . . . Such contrast compared to how fast they usually talk. :s

And the voices that tried to mimic monster voices tried too hard.

the spanish one, lol I've always hated how they gave that robotic feel to most digimons.

I always wished that they had done the US dub with the Japanese music (just an instrumental for when there's lyrics).
I think the same, it was very disappointing to know that amazing tunes like break up and target got lost, maybe due to dubbing costs
