Some English card game news...
First up, various tournament events have registration open for Gen Con. Only in person events are up for now, tickets will go up for online events in July.
The event list is:
OFFLINE
Thursday August 4 – Ultimate Cup - $70 – 128 players
Friday August 5 – Regional - $74 – 256 players
Saturday August 6 – Regional - $74 – 256 players
Sunday August 7 – DC-1 - $70 – 128 players
ONLINE
Friday August 5 – DC-1 - $80 – 512 players (Tickets live July 10 on Gen Con website)
Sunday August 7 – Regional - $80 - 512 (Tickets live July 10 on Gen Con website)
As the list would suggest, the DC-1 is back for 2022.
For that we have the 2022 DC-1 Participation set. It includes a new playmat with Guilmon & Gallamon art, 60 sleeves with the new Guilmon art, 4 copies of a new alternate art card with the Guilmon art, and 4 copies of Lightning Joust, which has the same art as released previously, but will be silver foil.
Participants at Gen Con will get the set.
Those at actual DC-1 events will be eligible for prize cards.

Nice to see it coming back this year, and the Guilmon theme works quite well for prizes, especially with the nice art.
