Well, to be expected, Leomon X is in the set.

I always found Elecmon evolving into Leomon interesting. They didn't debut in the same V-pet, Elecmon has never been seen evolving into Leomon in the anime and instead we see it evolve to Black Garurumon instead, Leomon got a more fitting pre-evolution in Liollmon while Elecmon got an electric digimon that exclusively evolves from it with Aegiomon, and yet they remain eachothers' most common evolutionary link.
When we see a lot of digimon over time get tied to evolutions and pre-evolutions that make more sense, it's neat to see an odd pairing still go strong in the current day when they could have easily started paring them with other things. As far as I can tell, they're both only paired together because they're mammals and that's kind of the only explanation a Digimon fan needs

Well, he does have ReArise and I feel like Keito's Elecmon is a lot more relevant than a monster of the week from Data Squad. I guess they only really did that because Elecmon and Leomon were already so strongly linked together though. Digimon World did it first, which tbh "corrected" the first vpets in that they swapped all the evolutions around so that they made a lot more sense as they were pretty random in the first set of vpets. So its been consistent enough since DW1 for Elecmon > Leomon

Also with this being a "partly Tri set", Elecmon did show up in one of the Tri movies.

There was also the D-Power 3.0 which implied Jeri's partner Leomon had Elecmon as his Level III stage.

I always liked the idea of Elecmon becoming Leomon, because watching season 1 I always thought Elecmon was one of the Digimon who deserved a further evolution. What really sealed the deal for me on accepting the Elecmon to Leomon line however, was the fact that SaberLeomon looks pretty fitting as a warp digivolution for Elecmon.

For Liollmon I always viewed Liamon -> LoaderLiomon -> BanchoLeomon as it's main line. As was intended.

Aegiomon is fine, but I feel the Elecmon connection is kinda undermined by him getting the Gatomon treatment where his champion form almost seems like his default mode rather than his rookie.

That's like earlier today when I was questioning if Elecmon being a rabbit looking dude who handles eggs is a reference to the Easter Bunny
