Elecmon we get some very cute and fun art of him on a power pole. Very interesting art in this one with a bit of a different look to it, but very nice.

I had that thought too, this seems to be referencing the Elecmon from the filler episode of Data Squad, which is an interesting choice if so. Though the one in Data Squad is stood on a traffic light rather than the thing depicted in this image. It's still similar though and gives me Data Squad vibes

Usually the power pole is too dangerous for any animals to climb into. Common death causes but the good thing for Elecmon to power itself up by just chilling out on the power pole! Cute.

I doubt it. I think HeavyLeomon, Mitamamon, LovelyAngemon, Gaioumon IM, NoblePumpmon will likely be in the same set.

Neither of them were in the original Digimon Adventure. Elecmon did debut alongside MetalMamemon in ver.2 but I've never really seen Elecmon as linked to the Mamemons? that'd be more likely for the Kokuwamon from a few days ago. Elecmon could go with Kokatorimon maybe, he was in the original Adventure and is an Electric Digimon just like Elecmon. Was a Kokatorimon in Data Squad too, if this is truely intended to be a Data Squard card reference.

Usually through Thunderballmon who has a similar personality as Elecmon, and looks a lot like Metal Mamemon. Plus Thunderballmon is part of the Mamemon family.

I don't think the Mamemons even showed up in adventure. Unimon->Piccolomon feels more likely. Not sure about the mega, assuming there'd even be one here. Maybe Magnadramon to tie in w/ Goddramon.

Nvm, probably ends at Piximon. There's only enough room for Metal Etemon and Seraphimon.

Leomon is out of question, cause it's green. Thunderballmon and Mamemon are not associated with Adventure 1. I assume it's a loose filler card, but they could surprise us, maybe Jupitermon.

They are all digimon that debuted in ReArise. And none of them has been made into Cards until now.
I could see we get a set with ReArise as the theme or the subtheme and we will get all of them.

ReArise characters are just perfect to be in thematic booster, including the Tamers.
Herrismon line could still be in the set with the Player (us, in the game, both Boy or/and Girl).

I unironically feel like Elecmon is the most "intended for Vpet" design a rookie has, because there are so many unusual Digimon it could evolve into and you would still go "yeah, I can see it". Might not be intentional at all and just a side effect of the artist having their style, but it works.

A few examples:
Elecmon -> Aegiomon (it's kinda the GeoGreymon to Leomon in the context of Elecmon, somebody just thought he knew better than Leomon)
Elecmon -> Leomon (makes sense because SaberLeomon works as a warp evolution of Elecmon and is generally accepted as Elecmon's canonic champion)
Elecmon -> Tyrannomon (stays red, data and same eyes... I feel it also works for Elecmon (Virus) becoming Tuskmon as a counterpart and that's Azulongmon's evolution according to ReArise)
Elecmon -> Kokatorimon (works because Kokatorimon still has the same peacock-esque tail, also if it evolves into Parrotmon & Crossmon it's still an electric Digimon)
Elecmon -> Vegiemon (works as a Numemon-esque evolution. Vegiemon's leaves have a similar shape to Elecmon's tail and well Elecmon (Virus) can alternatively become Zassoumon then)

oh, and Thunderballmon is a 6th option of course
