As we near the 25th anniversary of the Digimon franchise, you always tend to expect some big things, but this one is a bit literal...
It's a new Omegamon figure we never heard of, part of a brand new line called Dynaction!

Dynaction Omegamon is a rather massive figure, reaching nearly 400mm (15.7 inches) tall.
It's a completely new figure design that uses some die-cast for detailing, while also having a wide range of motion.
You can see someone holding the figure, along with a size comparison with the SH Figuarts Omegamon figure, showing it towering over the Figuarts.

The cape has wiring built into it for posing it and fine detailing.
It includes 3 different sets of eyes that can be swapped to best match the posing you choose for the figure.
Both arms use metallic paint, and it includes Grey Sword and Garuru Cannon parts to show off the weapons in their activated forms.

The range of motion allows things like the arm cross from Our War Game to be reproduced, along with a kneeling pose.
The figure also comes with pre-painted figures of Taichi and Yamato that match the scale of Omegamon. They can be displayed on teh figure using replaceable shoulder parts.

The figure also comes with a stand that's engraved with Digimoji, and can hold the figure in midair.
The figure includes:
The main figure
Cape
Grey Sword
Garuru Cannon
Taichi figure
Yamato figure
Replacement left and right shoulder parts
2 sets of replacement eyes
Stand set

Pre-orders open for Dynaction Omegamon a bit over 30 hours from the time of this post at Premium Bandai. The figure costs 29,700 yen and is scheduled to ship in November.
DYNACTION オメガモン
Overall the intention seems to have been to make one of the fanciest Digimon figures that exists. It's certainly nice, and expensive. One wonders what other characters might show up in the line.
We will see if it shows up at Premium Bandai USA...
A few extra bits...
Premium Bandai Japan is currently harder to access, so a bit extra for those who want to pre-order and not wait to see if there is an international release.
Some intermediaries will want not only want the urls of the items above, but may ask for the product name in Japanese as written on the page. Those names are given above, directly below the pre-order links.
If you want to be sure to nab something...
We've currently pared down the list of intermediaries we list due to some places closing and others becoming iffy in their communication, calling into question their reliability. If you have any stories, positive or negative, about any intermediaries, DM me with them so we can figure out who might be worth adding (or re-adding), since these aren't affiliate links or anything, simply suggested ways to make it easier for fans to nab stuff.
You'll want to contact an intermediary to get these items sent to you. WtW is not affiliated with any, but here are a selection of intermediaries that have worked well for various WtWers and their friends in the past:
From Japan
Rider Proxy
You'll want to provide your chosen intermediary with the link to the item. Just copy paste the link to the product pages for what you want and send them a message about it and they'll take care of it after they discuss pricing and their policies with you. The links embedded in the news article for the products are exactly what you'll need to send them.
Some of the intermediaries have a full storefront and may have the item listed, so you may want to check that first.
