Does Data Squad have 2 versions ala Naruto, One Piece, etc.

Naruto, Funi's One Piece, DBZ and so forth have 2 dubs, the uncut one for DVD, then some lines are switched in and out and rerecorded for tv where edits are made.

Data Squad DOES NOT have this, Data Squad's dub is singular.

Actually, as far as I remember, we never found out if Data Squad was being dual dubbed or not, it was just guesses.

edit- It's possible I've blanked and we did, it's even quite probable I was the one who reported it, but I don't recall honestly.

Has Digimon *ever* had a DVD release outside of that one Japan-only box set that just came out? And, y'know, the "movie". I'd say the odds of *any* DVD release, cut or uncut, are less than 10%.

Saban/Fox did the first 13 episodes of season 1 on a single dvd.

Yes UK have had DVD Releases of some Season 1 Episodes (and play.com have a small set due out too)

There was also a limited edition Complete Season 1 release for the dub.

*sigh* So we only get the horrid version. Oh well. :-\

I really wish there was an uncut version. I'd get the savers DVDs if they had english subtitles. Oh well, I don't mind data squad that much. It's better than I thought it would be.
