Dobermon X & Cerberumon X Previews for Booster Set EX-05

The Digimon Card Game Twitter (2) has updated with card previews from Booster Set EX-05 Animal Colosseum. This time it's Dobermon X & Cerberumon X .

Dobermon X gets some painted art with a downwards camera angle. It's an interesting view for the Digimon, but feels like we need to see it without the sample text first, as it feels a bit like the perspective doesn't quite work well. Cerberumon X gets probably the best known dog/wolf pose/type of art, featuring it howling at the moon, giving us one of the best looks we have the Digimon, and quite possibly the best piece of art of it, courtesy of As'Maria.

Whoaaa! Didn't think I'd get such great chance to see Cerberumon X in that much clearer quality artwork drawn by As'maria! The 1st artwork of Cerberumon X was very much darker and I cannot get to see that much details in there...

Good future proof for further Dobermon and Cerberusmon cards and i hope they stick to the whole hand trashing play style. I want to see these guys become an actual deck.

i forgot how dumb dobermon x's design was. why does it have the blades on the back of its legs, what do they do, how does it run with them.

For some reason I thought Cerberumon X was in Bipedal Mode when I first looked at the art. Must just be the angle it's standing at, it's obviously not, but...

So then, it's probably safe to assume we're getting sunmon and moonmon. The last red would be flaremon. The blues are probably crescemon, antylamon, majiramon, and the rest of metalgarurumon x's line. Yellow we know has liollmon, so probably liamon and maybe loaderliomon. Green would be kumbhiramon and vikaralamon. And black is missing sinduramon and I'm guessing leomon, and maybe grapleomon and heavyleomon? And I'm not sure about the others but I'm guessing maybe bacchusmon or vulcanusmon?

Dobermon has those tiny blades, which are dumb, yes, but not nearly as dumb as Dobermon X's massive hooks.

this Koki art is much better than their Lekismon and Firamon art, although it still has a bit of a weak silhouette. Koki also seems to have a love for squared masonry.
As'Maria is an artist that tends to miss the mark for me but this art is an absolute 10/10. Great pose, easy to take in all the details, and beautiful setting. Of course it's As'Maria and even the art I don't care for by them is undeniably striking, but mixing that striking factor with a more laid back context creates a strong feeling of majesty and beauty
