DinoTigermon & Option Card Ground Fang Preview for Booster Set 9

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with card previews from Booster Set 9 X Record. This time it's DinoTigermon & option card Ground Fang!

DinoTigermon we get some really nice artwork of him from below, showing him roaring in a field. Some nice coloring on this one, plus the lighting. Ground Fang features one of DinoTigermon's signature attacks, using the fangs.

There wasn't any more space for a Blue Lv.6 anyways (at least, not as its primary Color). Each Color only has three Lv.6's (except for Black, which has Raidenmon as a fourth Lv.6). Blue already has Suijinmon, MetalPiranimon, and MetalGarurumon X. Green only had Fuujinmon and GrandisKuwagamon.

It was either going to be Green or dual-Green/Blue (Green being the primary Color).

I thought I was being direct about it, but I'm talking about their primary Colors. Death-X-Dorugamon (and the leaked Death-X-Dorugremon) is Purple/Black (Purple being the primary Color).

Like most of the other Colors, Purple has three Lv.6 slots.

One of the two remaining Purple Lv.6 is likely the aforementioned Death-X-Dorugoramon (Purple/Black). The other one is likely GranDracumon (pure Purple).

This bit, specifically, is interesting. So Dinotiger was originally Saberleo X, then, by this logic, because the only other case of this is Gaioumon and Blackwargreymon.

DRB already says it evolves from saberleomon so it's like gigaseadramon and chaosdramon

Yes. The likes of Dinotigermon, GigaSeadramon, GrandisKuwagamon are under the same umbrella. They are the X Antibody counterparts of SaberLeomon, MetalSeadramon, GranKuwagamon and with the evolution history explained in their profiles.

I always get doubtful of Dinotigemon being "SaberLeomon X" when translated. But this new card proved it. So I have no choice but to believe and accept it as it is supposed to be.

Honestly it does make sense for Leomon X - Panjyamon X - Dinotigemon. Just a regular lion then prehistoric(?) snow lion then finally prehistoric sabertooth.
