It's hilarious that they keep reminding us that "Most of the world has no idea that Digimon or the Digital World exist" but have established a country was using Mugendramon as a distraction from its real world crimes and now that a child was showing his friend a Digimon years ago.

Of course they're childhood friends.

I do like how 'downgrading' is actively used as a valid strategy. Very rarely do we have Digimon intentionally downgrade to a lower level.

Good one as usual when there is lots of action. Leon stole the show again with his finesse of powering down to avoid the limits of mind link and Kazuchimon is OP with that lightning shot technique. I guess the stuff with HelLoogarmon in the trailer wasn't with Leon? So Loogamon goes berserk on somebody else unless Eiji and Leon fight again in this chapter soon.

I mean, it's less "going down a form to gain an advantage" and more "if he didn't go down a form he might die." It's not like Warg and Melga.

This is still only 2-5, we could have another operation after this one.

Another color coded observation, Marvin’s partner is megadramon which is orange and has purple wings, Marvin wears an orange shirt and purple dreads…. Every main character has stayed true to this color scheme with their digimon so I’m pretty sure the guy with the purple jacket is Tartarus and is partnered with dorumon.

The chapter feels a bit overly try harder in the exposition and detailing.

And the main real plot usage of the timer comes into play. They can show cool things, then immediately get rid of them when they don't fit into the current levels.

Nice that we finally started to get some more background on Eiji though.
