Digimon Mini V3 Questions

Ok i have a Devimon, he's won 32/32 battles, no calls so by rights he should go to a Vamdemon.

The questions i have is:
1. Does he have to re-have the training from his Child > Adult form?
2. How long does it normally take to get to perfect if you have the right requirements?

1) I would go double-check File Island for the exact requirements, but you'll need to re-train for whatever amount of training he needs.
2) Perfect takes roughly five days...the last Perfect I got was a couple of days later than I thought it should be. ^^;; And you've got to remember that even though you've hit the requirements and have a perfect Win Ratio, there's still the chance it won't evolve anyway.

if File Island was there to check i would - when i did there was no training requirements mentioned for it

If there aren't any training requirements, then it shouldn't matter. You still need to train (or at least give it vitamins), or else its strength will drop and it'll register a call. (Even so, I like to train and train the Digimon I'm trying to get to Perfect...)
