Unfamiliar with ReArise, but seeing HeavyLeomon and now Mitamamon is really cool. Following the Holydramon discussion, without any context ot the game's story, Holydramon was already a part of the Four Great Dragons group featured in recent V-Jump, so that might be another reason why Holydramon is probably not whoever is Angewomon's partner's Angewomon Ultimate.

After seeing HeavyLeomon and Mitamamon, this raises the chance of them inventing new Digimon and Evolution Paths for Survive's Partners.

I think is more likely that simply that the Greyson line is part of the Metal Empire and the garurumon line is part of Nightmare Soldiers

While I’d like a new angel, I’d be fine with Venusmon but definitely don’t want another Holydramon in the story.

There are short profiles for Ghosmon and Mitamamon in here but it’s too tiny for me to read.

Maybe a digimon with Egyptian theme appearance. Since we already have Nefertimon, it could be Cleopatramon.

Although it was a game-exclusive thing, I'd love to see that Angewomon evolve into Ofanimon Core.
Falldown Mode is fine too, we only saw her for a few seconds in Tri.

Lmao now thinking about Herissmon now will have 4 different mega forms with his new color swap variants of his already current Mega form i assume the purple Rasenmon is the path if Rasenmon GM completely gives in to the negative emotions.

Though I'm curious what the Red Rasenmon GM is all about i wonder if it's still berserk.

Also i agree with everyone i do hope Gatomon gets a new mega form Holydramon would be a bit bland to me. Ophanimon and Holydramon as mention above already made appearances from their groups in Rearise which it seems they're trying not to have repeats of Digimon from major groups. A bit of a stretch but it would be pretty awesome if her new mega form was a mix of Holydramon and Ophanimon because i think she would be the first Feminine Humanoid dragon digimon in the Franchise i think i could be wrong.

Pleasantly surprised we got a Imperialdramon Dragon Mode GEM as I thought for sure they'd go for Fighter Mode first. I just wish GEMs were cheaper since buying even one feels like it'll empty my wallet.

I like Mitamamon, it fits for a new Kudamon Mega. I also agree with the consensus here that it being brought in lends to the possibility that Gatomon gets a new Mega, which would be nice since both Magnamon and Ophanimon aren't hurting for new appearances.

Mitamamon being a God Beast digimon and the only other God Beast being Huanglongmon, plus the inclusion of the 4 Holy Beasts, along with being able to see 3 wheels/discs with different colored energy (perhaps a 4th being hidden by the text) has led me to a bit of a theory. Perhaps the 4 Holy Beasts gift a portion of each of their powers to Kohinata Mayu's Kudamon in order for it to evolve to Ultimate in order to help it take out a power threat. Really hope im hitting the nail on the head here cause that would just be amazing.

I find this very improbable. From my MTG knowledge, sets are locked (that is, sent to print) about 6 months before release, which would be before the pandemic started. Of course, thre may be differences in workflow, etc. but I think there's little chance the pandemic influenced this set, any impacts will probably be felt in the next one.

I'm not sure who runs the Wikimon account on Twitter, but that's where I saw that translation and, at least in my limited experience, their translations are pretty trustworthy. It's funny, their first translation used Holy Beast, but they later clarified that was an error and Mitamamon is a God Beast.

It's too early to say there won't be other characters in the series, I mean I really do want to see more at some point, but I don't think this is all that likely a scenario. Tai fits black simply because there are black cards related to his partner, i.e. Machinedramon, BlackWarGreymon, ToyAgumon, etc., and gameplay-wise black is the opposite of red (as can be seen in this Tai having the opposite skill of the Gaia Red Tai). Matt might've been chosen simply because he wears a purple sweater and is the deuteragonist of the show who gets as much focus as Tai lol. That said, we might see Garurumon going down a darker evolution path for an arc or something, but that's also just speculation.

I think, if there are going to be new characters, they'll get Tamer cards much later on and have nothing to do with these cards. I think the second set is too early to start introducing new characters who haven't been featured much yet if at all. Once we get the Kari card (which could be this set, to be fair), that's when I would start to expect they'll start introducing any new characters if they exist.

To be fair, I'm pretty sure Huanglongmon has only ever jobbed during its appearances, so this is an example of a God Beast that's actually going to get to do something lol.

Yamato does make sense as Purple. Garurumon and WereGarurumon are Nightmare Soldiers, and the whole line was Purple in Battle Spirits.

When I saw Mitamamon right next to the image of the Holy Beasts I thought "Wait, a new Holy Beast? And these colors... It's Bakumon's Ultimate, inspired by Maki's Bakumon in tri.!", but then I read all the comments and it's more likely to be Mayu's Ultimate. Well, with NoblePumpmon, HeavyLeomon, and now Mitamamon, I'm curious what they'll do for Michi's Tailmon and Chihiro's Lopmon.

And since I didn't comment on Pendulum Z, I'll do so now. I'm surprised by all the new Digimon they made out of the blue. Feels like we're in the middle of a renaissance for the franchise. Now all that's left is the return of console games introducing new Digimon as the main Partners again.

I wonder if any of these Pendulum Z will appear in Adventure:. Maybe one of them is the Partner of a ninth Chosen. Or would they prefer a completely new design for that?

Well, all Holy Knight, Beast, and other types are just "meh" to God in anything Type names. To my view. Kinda my headcanon I guess?
