The first wave of Fusion toys has been added to the Toys R Us database, so hopefully we should start seeing them in stores soon enough.

Here is how they are listed and priced in the database.

Figure 8.99
Deluxe Figure 14.99
2pk Digi Battle 8.99
Trnsf Fusion Loader 16.99
Digi Fusion Loader 19.99
Rowdy Rocker 19.99

Thanks to raz for the information.

Also, our friends at RangerCrew have also suggested there may be more in this assortment that isn't listed yet.

[Update]

Digimon Fusions Toys are also available in the UK at Toys R Us and at least online at The Entertainer.

Wonder if the "Rowdy Rocker" toy name will have the final product be renamed "Rock and Roller".

Also, "Trnsf Fusion Loader"? A transforming Fusion Loader?

Keep in mind that the name in databases always isn't the name of the toy itself. Sometimes it's early material, sometimes it's a generic term.

It wouldn't shock me to find out it's some sort of... action feature Shoutmon or something like that though.

It would be cool if they did manage to recreate shoutmon's mic thingy. I doubt they'd spend money to do that though...
'Role Play' toys have always done rather well for Bandai actually.

Wouldn't be that surprising if they tried.

It's worth mentioning, razzle has since mentioned that Wal-Mart has another entry that TRU doesn't have yet.

Each of these entries he provided aren't for single toys, but rather 'assortments' in case that isn't obvious. If you don't know how that works, let me explain using Transformers. When a new wave of Transformers comes out, you get various figures of each size. When a store buys a 'case' of an assortment, it'll have a few of each figure (but not identical numbers for each figure.)

So any given entry could be for one product if that assortment only has one product in it, or it could be for numerous.

I'll try to explain more thoroughly...

Here are the listings from TRU:

Digimon Fusion Fig
Price: $8.99
TRU Item #: 069267
Bandai Assortment #: 39600

Digimon Dlx Fig
Price: $14.99
TRU Item #: 069305
Bandai Assortment #: 39630

Digimon 2pk Digibattle
Price: $8.99
TRU Item #: 057898
Bandai Assortment #: 39620

Digimon Trnsf Fusion Loader
Price: $16.99
TRU Item #: 069259
Bandai Assortment #: 39660

Digimon Digi Fusion Loader
Price: $19.99
TRU Item #: 057885
Bandai Assortment #: 39640

Digimon Rowdy Rocker
Price: $19.99
TRU Item #: 069251
Bandai Assortment #: N/A (There wasn't one)

Each listing for an item from TRU assigns a TRU item number to a case assortment of items that fall under that assortment. The regular figures fall under the 39600 assortment. Any figures under that assortment will most likely have item numbers assigned to them beginning with 39601, 39602, etc. The names of these listings are therefore generic and partially specific names of that assortment for TRU to refer to them as. Sometimes there are unique items that will be the only item under an assortment and then most of the time, an assortment will have many items of that type, such as figures or such. In the case of Power Rangers, the 35000 assortment refers to the deluxe morpher for Megaforce, but the Gosei Morpher is the only item under that assortment, so the only item for it is 35001 for the Gosei Morpher. The action figures for Megaforce are assortment 35100, and TRU just has a generic PR 4" Figure listing that encompasses the few dozen 4" Figures of item numbers from 35101 to 35128 or so.

Now on to what was said about Walmart, they show a Digimon figure assortment at assortment number 39610, another type of figure.

Like was said before, these aren't specific names of figures or such, but generic names of assortments of similar types of items.

TRU shows no inventories of these in the DC or the internet. There are also no "Open Orders" from the DC's which signal the DC being filled within the next few weeks. So, these toys are a month or so off at least.

As far as a release timeframe goes, I would presume that these will be out by Black Friday given Bandai's past track record.

Two Fusion Loaders? Interesting. I'm guessing one is the "card holder" one that was shown before, while the other is the usual handheld game type deal. This is one line I am definitely looking forward to all around. :)

Stopped back by TRU to check a few things for PR, some Digimon and something else for someone. I found out the Rowdy Rocker is under assortment 39650. So, taking into account the 39610 from Walmart, that makes Digimon Fusion be using assortment codes 39600, 39610, 39620, 39630, 39640, 39650, and 39660.

I also checked for any Digimon Fusion TRU exclusives, and there are none listed. That's not to say more may not come in the future.

Also, all of the listings continue to show zero "Open DC Orders" which means TRU has yet to send orders for these items to Bandai. If an item shows open DC orders, they're usually coming in within 2-4 weeks.

Sounds great. I'm determined to do a Tagiru cosplay eventually so a cheaper xros loader would be the best bet I think. I suppose it depends if it looks good. I'm not big on figures and props when it comes to toys so I'm not sure if the cheaper American version would look better...

The 39610 Battle Pack was added to TRU database at the same price. Updated the item number in the above post.

Walmart has a lot of new specific names of toys. I found a Shoutmon, ballistamo and dorulumon figure in their system. Finding the rest will be time consuming. Will work on it.

Anyone else feel bothered that the Fusion Loader is only $19.99? For an electronic handheld toy that seems too low. I think it may be something else.....

Err, really? I haven't gotten any electronic toys in years, but the $20 price point sounds just right. No one's buying a full video game, and I doubt parents would like shelling out much more than $20 for what seems to be a game that one could easily substitute with a $1.99 mobile app.
