Oh no, synchronous content, what I was afraid of... guess I'll have to get my homework done early, bleh. Still, I'm glad they're doing more for the VB Lab, the "one raid a month" routine was getting a bit stale.

I'm getting a decent amount of mileage out of the app and that's not because it's enjoyable. The rewards aren't much. It's really incredibly low incentive to keep up with wins. I'm just going to work on Hermit of The Jungle and Veemon's DiM and then I'm pretty much done with the app. I hope there's some questing or something added to it separate from the bracelet. I know they want to incentivize exercise, of which I need to do more of, admittedly, but I think the app could stand to have more going on as well.

My crazy idea would be a total rebuild of both the app add the VB itself. For the app, starting with replacing the sprites with 3D models, or creating a PC version where they can do that, then replacing "storage" with a Digi-farm like area where we can keep our inactive Digimon and interact with them, like feeding them, petting them maybe talking to them (they'll same some thing and you can click one of two simple text responses that might affect their Mood)
For the VB itself, a total overhaul of the Mission system. Introduce stats like speed and strength and tie the hard missions like Dash and Punch to them. And finally, changing the battle system on the VB to not be automated and instead rely on motion to determine the strength of the Digimon's attack (have a gauge similar to the HP/Vital Value gauge that will fill up the harder or more times you punch during the attack windup. And the more you fill it, the stronger the attack. Like, 25% = normal attack, 50% = first Special, 75% = second Special, and 100% = third Special/Signature)

None of this is going to happen, of course, but I've been thinking about it for a while and you just gave me an excuse to write it all down.

That's brilliant! I quite like what you've got thought out there!
