Digimon Classroom #18- Angoramon & Jellymon Dims (plus Evo Profile Art) & Dynamotion Figures

Digimon Classroom is back for episode 18.


Gachos, Moni-chan, Minanan, & the Digimon Teacher, are back, with guest Pulse Murata to go over the newly released Angoramon & Jellymon Dim Cards.

Gammamon came out right when the show did, but it's been a short wait for these two.

They show off various elements, along with having battles. We also get a look at some other Digimon products, including the Dynamotion figures (our first in-person look at Mugendramon.)



Plus a bit of a look at art of a few evos, but a bit more on that later.

Since the VB app has been updated, profile art is out and about. We've cleaned the images slightly as they were quite noisy...

The new profile art covers both evos for Angoramon and Jellymon:
For Angoramon we have SymbareAngoramon and Lamormon.
For Jellymon we have TeslaJellymon and Tethysmon.




A fun episode that goes over a decent bit, plus a nice stack of new profile art featuring brand new Digimon.

Tethysmon's sun symbol and Light crest-like are really suspicious... Even she wears Ofanimon helmet. I wonder if it might imply her Ultimate form will have something light.

Lamormon is freaking full creepy. Surprised he didn't go WereGarurumon evo style.
But Lamormon's attacks sounded like it's very youkai-ish!

Now I'm even more curious about those Perfect forms' profiles.

Angoramon's whole evo line profiles gave me the impression of how they are really shy yet this Perfect form with savage appearance that doesn't match up lol or maybe... Their menacing appearance could serve as to ward off predators I guess? But again, he got swords. Eh

I love how Jelly hat got different mark patterns every time she evolve. Eye then Beach ball pattern now this sun. So what's next?

Symbare is described as graceful to the point of resembling a dancer while Lamortmon is basically the Hulk which some individuals take great shame in to the point they despise their own nature.

Tesla grew from absorbing data from combat sports in search of fun and stimulation while Thetismon lives in the deepest trenches of the Net Ocean where it is a kind guide to those in need and shows no mercy to those who threaten its territory.

Do not answer like that when you have no knowledge of my choices, and when you are going to answer rudely.

I spelled the name the way I have chosen to spell them based on the Japanese text & how they say the names. If you choose to spell them a different way you are welcome to. I may change how I spell them later based on usage elsewhere.

I can finally talk about the attacks without spoiler, so the attacks (dub name for lack of better for the moment) of Tesla and Tethismon which are Fizzle Fist, Punishock, Volt Sprite, Shock Smasher, Thunder Hammer, Goodbye World and Doctase follow the attacks of Jellymon who are electric (except for the last two of Tethismon) so IF episode 10 is Tesla's episode, she did not fall on the best opponents (Kinkakumon and Ginkakumon are also users of electric attacks )

For Symbare and Lamortmon, no real surprise with Jive, Landlizer, Breakin' Stream (ok, that's surprising), Calamity Claws, Strike and Destroy, Wind Fangs and Great Grudge Killer which seem to be big physical attacks and thanks to Muur on Wikimon and the profiles for the moment untranslated, we have confirmation that Lamortmon has two swords.

Lamortmon's info is sure interesting. Like Renamon evolving to Kyukimon or Youkomon mixed with Piyomon evolving to Birdramon or Cockatrimon profiles.

I imagined Angoramon's line is going full soldier for some reasons.

The attacks from the English version are all localized. People are working to figure out what the original attacks translate to. Looks like there are weird puns and kanji mashups involved.

Wow! Lamor(t)mon and T(h)et(h)i/ysmon are awesome. The DIM sprites didn't do them justice. Those are seriously cool designs. The former looks like he's going to evolve into an angel though, with the multiple wings appearing.

Anybody notice this TeslaJellymon's weird skin? It's pink skin but the stomach skin have two "petal dress" acts like a dress and the "clothes" on pink dress skirt that look like Lilamon's arms. Wow it's totally alien skin. I like it. Turned out as her design is not totally fashion sense but weird design flows well with alien skin and cloth fashion sense for a digimon.

Those perfect forms are more interesting than Gammamon's Perfect form, Canoweissmon.

Nice designs for the ultimates! Lamortmon reminds me of a more beastly Manticoremon. I wonder if he'll digivolve into a more animalistic looking angel or Holy Beast.

Tethysmon looks cool too, Ophanimon vibes from that symbol.

What your describing is that she looks like a jellyfish : P but I agree, it does make for a very interesting look, especially with how it makes it look like her hands are ripping out of her body.

Yeah it's Jellyfish but oddly it felt like it's a bit like... Portuguese Man 'o War because of her dress color and many "ribbons" everywhere on her body.... In the internet section, people said Jellyfish is basically "common birds" in the alien world if that makes sense. Or "common fishes" for alien world's ocean.

SymbareAngoramon to Lamormon remind me a loyal knight become a berserker from fate(anime). It's cool for me, since knight not always calm. I really love this type character, these type character really popular (I mean calm personality turn into another personality).

I know it's a dual swords.. I wonder "what type warrior angoramon's mega will be?"
