Well, Digimon have always had "parts" of deceased Digimon, like Ogremon and Titamon carry bones from SkullGreymon and Regalecusmon keeps Zudomon's horn as a dagger, so even though Digimon are supposed to scatter to data somehow their remains stay behind (???). Probably cuz it looks cool lol.
"It looks cool" would just such an extremely boring cop-out of an explanation though. It's not like the setting doesn't have the necessary lore to explain it.
For example Titamon's profile makes an important distinction: "Its large arms are covered in a multitude of skulls, which are all data of the power it has stolen from the enemies it has defeated so far"
The bones are not literal bones that remained, but rather they are manifested from the
data of those enemies.
This seems to imply that there's a tamers-esque data absorption mechanic in the profile canon, so that even with Digimon themselves them being sent to the dark area at least a part of their data can remain and be repurposed.
Also, the fact that Valkyrimon can revive fallen Digimon (without a mention of it travelling or being connected to the dark area) implies that any scattering transmitting of data after death is not exactly instantaneous.
I don't think BlumLordmon have two weapons. My guess is it's really just petal cape. Not hiding the other weapon. Nothing.
The petals on his left side
are a second weapon since that's what he's fires his multiple seed attack from.
We now havev 3 digimon who can control weather, bloomlordmon, jupitermon, hexeblaumon, any others I am missing?
Hexeblaumon can't control weather, he just manipulates "cold" things in general. That may or may not be enough to cause any weather phenomena, but even if it is, if we go by Digimon with extensive enough powers to
impact weather and climate in general the list would need to be much longer but details would depend on how exactly "control" and "weather" are defined.
