Huh, did not expect the Option cards to be Dual Colour as well but I suppose it only makes sense.

multicolor option cards were mentioned to be coming quite a few times Rohan 😅

Mega Death
[Main] Suspend 1 of your opponent's Digimon. Then, return 1 of your opponent's suspended digimon to its owner's hand.
[Security] Activate this card's [Main] effect.

Chaos Degrade
[Main] Place 1 of your opponent's Digimon at the top or the bottom of their security stack face down. If you did, trash the top card of your opponent's security stack
[Security] You may place 1 of your opponent's Digimon at the top or bottom of their security stack face down.

Important: you need both of the Option card's colors in play to use dual colored Option cards

Oh really? I was debating about their usefulness without knowing this, but now I'm less convinced for shure.

I don't understand what's the purpose of Chaos Degrade's Security effect. Unless they have to introduce some kind of mechanic. Or maybe I'm just missing something.

I was thinking that Mega Death is super good for a starter deck card because if you have 5 memory it removes two opposing digimon from your questioning if you should attack that turn or it bounces a single Digimon back to your opponent's hand and buys you time if you want to use it to end your turn, both of which feel like things green and blue would want to do. I was also questioning Chaos Degrade, though. It is a complicated way to get the same effect for the same memory as Gaia Force but it's the option to put a Digimon at the bottom of their security that has me feeling like I'm missing something more

Oh yeah I just read "unsuspended". So I didn't undestand why you should suspend a Digimon (maybe the only one on the battlefield) and then return an unsuspended Digimon 😅. Apparently I'm very bad at reading recently

Chaos Degrade is very powerful, since it’s removal without being Deletion (so On Deletion effects and effects that prevent deletion like EX1 Mugendramon and BT5 Omegamon don’t activate), and you can place the card at the bottom of the opponent’s Security. That last part is important because it means you know exactly what card is their last security card is, so you can prepare ahead of time. If the last card is an Agumon, you know your Wizardmon is safe when attacking it. If the last card is Omegamon, you know anything would die regardless, so you might as well sacrifice a Plotmon over your Mastemon.

Both cards are very strong, which is why them being dual colour and therefore requiring more than one colour of card on the field is the balance they need.
