Digimon Adventure: Episode 44- Hikari and the Moving Forest

I completely agree, the flowers in the end and the pink petals are fitting for palmon and lilimon. Plus mimi's sadness would have been so emotional.
When the flowers bloomed, it was similar to togemon's evolution to lilimon. But I guess lilimon doesn't have the same power as angewomon (healing/amplifying power)
But still, hikari and angewomon were great, angewomon is very caring and supporting in this season, her attack was also great.
I wished they helped petaldramon more.

I found this filler episode fine. I did.
Angewomon's attack and trying to save Petaldramon was great. Even Hikari's saddness was like original's one when Wizarmon died in order to save her and Tailmon...

Hikari episode at last… kind of. I know it was filler it would’ve been nice to get something about her past. I mean, we’ve gotten bits of everyone else by now. It showed her personality nicely, I liked where she just runs off from the others to try and make friends with Petaldramon. In fact, between this and when Sora tried to save Taichi and Agumon from the river, the two level headed girls are somehow the most reckless members.

Hikari befriends Petaldramon and Takeru befriends Eldoradimon, both legendary nature based digimon. Probably a coincidence, but I wonder.

As I expected, Pegasmon is being treated as Patamon’s Adult, which would make Angemon the Perfect.

Trapped in that barrier, Hikari jumps from too scared to do anything to trying to shield Petaldramon. Strong for others but not for herself. I think that’s my favorite trait about her.

Petaldramon’s death was better handled than Wizardmon’s since Hikari actually had a chance to befriend him.

Pegasusmon is just an alternative to Angemon. TK all but outright says that when Patamon evolved.

Angemon took out WaruMonzaemon in one blow while Pegasmon do anything to him. Even considering WaruMonzaemon losing those digimon he absorbed, he was still a Perfect. Not to mention the whole evolution sequence of Angemon coming out of Pegasmon.

And in this episode, Pegasmon came out of Angemon. Levels aren't everything.

I'm just saying that Pegasmon is being treated as Takeru's adult and Angemon will be treated as the Perfect. And don't forget how strong HolyAngemon is.

And Seraphimon/Golddramon as Super Ultimates with that logic? It was Slide Evolution in the episode. Takeru choose Pegasusmon.

Once again, I"m just saying Angemon's being treated as the Perfect, not that he is a Perfect, not that he evolves from Pegasmon or anything like that. Just that Pegasmon is treated as the Adult and Angemon is being treated as the Perfect.

So do you think Ponchomon is being treated as Palmon's Ultimate since it comes much later than Lilymon and has beaten 2 Perfects?

That has nothing to do with what I'm saying. I'm just pointing how I believe Pegasmon and Angemon are being handled.

Anyways, sorry mods for throwing everything so horribly off topic with my guess on when we'll Pegasmon versus when we'll see Angemon.

Angemon isn't being treated as an perfect specifically. He just has holy digimon power hax. Not the same

I guess since Kari is Light she's more of an Empath so she can understand Petaldramon. Pretty cool we saw Entmon too. New Digimon. But it was nice how it ended. Huh... So Patamon only gets Angemon back in certain times?

Whatever it is that keeps the others from their Perfects, given how harder it was to unlock him, and how strong he is. Probably a mindset that Taichi somehow didn't reach when Hikari was trapped.
