A new cast makes sense considering it's a reboot. I assume the old cast will be brought back for the 02 movie.

There's also New Century if that gets brought over to replace ReArise, it has a voice acted story that is an adaption of Adventure (and other up coming seasons)

RIP for the deceased original voice cast that did the voices all these years ago! …

I am hoping the new voices (including some old ones) do make their debuts in the Digimon Adventure 2020 when the Digimon Worldwide Convention 2022 starts by the end of late February.
