It's been announced that Bandai Mania will be doing a Digimon 25th anniversary video on August 30th at 8pm (Japan time.) Pacific that's 4am, with more times here.
The video will introduce Digimon 25th anniversary items, discuss product development behind the scenes & secrets, and more.
They also refer to this as 'the first night' of the program, so perhaps more (or items going up to pre-order on a second night, etc.)
There is no stream standby at the moment, but it will be on the Bandai Japan Youtube.
