Just about time!

DigiFes 2022 begins in a bit over 30 minutes from the time of this post.


On top of the small wave of news & announcements, we expect the focus of DigiFes 2023 to mostly be on the upcoming movie Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning, likely a new trailer and who knows what else, on top of the audio dramas they are doing, etc.


Then we have guests themselves...

The scheduled guests are the full main cast from Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning, which is what you would expect with the movie coming out soon, along with a number of well known Digimon musical guests...


Both day and night parts have everyone. The guest lineup is:
Fukujuro Katayama (Daisuke), Arthur Lounsbery (Ken), Ayaka Asai (Miyako), Yoshitaka Yamaya (Iori), Junya Enoki (Takeru), M.A.O. (Hikari), Junko Noda (V-mon), Naozumi Takahashi (Wormmon), Kouichi Toochika (Hawkmon), Megumi Urawa (Armadimon), Miwa Matsumoto (Patamon), Yuka Tokumitsu (Tailmon), Megumi Ogata (Rui), Rie Kugimiya (Ukkomon), Ayumi Miyazaki, AiM, Michihiko Ohta

An update from Digimon Partners clarifies that M.A.O and director Taguchi had to both pull out of attending as neither is feeling well.

DigiFes 2023 is held today
The main cast is all here, from the new movie Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning, being released on October 27th
Paildramon, Shakkoumon, & Silphymon are here to help the newcomer, Ukkomon, get all excited

Considering how fast content is teased or leaked nowadays, its a surprise we don't have seen new evos for the kids digimon and the rest of Ukkomon line. That makes me wonder if we will actually have something new aside from maybe a new Imperialdramon Mode.

I mean it's seeming like the only thing will be Ukkomon evo and nothing else. Every Tri movie spoiled the evos before it, we knew Mercy Mode moths before part 6, and knew the bond forms months before Kizuna

Aaand I'm not excited to see Ukkomon line. It's a so generic Digimon and we got pretty good new protagonists recently in Seekers, Ghost Game and do on, why don't keep up with the good work making the movie?
