AppliMonsters Episode 41: The Fierce Battle of Limits! Globemon vs Charismon!

There's those worm creatures from the Dark Web. They might be low on high level Appmon, but it could go full D-Reaper / Cyber Eater on us; have the team battling hordes of monsters as opposed to Appmon.

Very possible, maybe the one Globemon fight is just basic ad malware while the higher level come from very dark place like a porn site or something.

Yeah, the Overdrive thing was used in the manga, too, and it kinda surprised me how little it effected the AppliDrivers. It just seemed like they were a little hungry after using it.

As for enemies... the lack of available enemies is what makes me think that Yuujin and Offmon pretty much -have- to become antagonists. Otherwise, there's nothing left for the story to do.

Let's talk about who are we gonna fight the next 10 episodes.
Candidates:

1. Rebootmon (Yuujin and Offmon): Normaly this would by some kind of Ass Pull, but we already know that Yuujin's mom is up to something and there's Shutmon, plus we got Bootmon who Leviathan wants to find. It'd be really rad if he's Hajime and then Yuujin kill him and AppFuses him with Shutmon and fights them and we get a ending plot similar to the 3DS game.
2. Deusmon: I read somewhere that all 6 God Appmon will appear, which of course includes Deusmon. However we need to have Mienumon, Sakushimon (who were blasted of to somewhere in Ep39) and Cometmon (who got rekt by Dantemon). I think that Deusmon won't be evil and will be AppFused by Knight (By the way, is Deusmon male or female?!).
3. Damedamon (?): I dunno they can shove him in the story at this point unless he's a stand alone Appmon, still it'd be hilarious hearing the voice of Sukashimon with that echo the Ultimates have.
4. Speciamon: Seriously, what the duck is he?! We only know that he's got a power of 100000 and he's an Ultimate. I hope there's some kind of event that adds him and other Appmon so they can add him into the story.
5. Leviathan: They could save him for the last few episodes, but if he appears as an enemy in the incoming episodes and anihilates everyone in an episode I'll be happy.
6. Sleepmon: duh, We already see him figthing Rei in the next episode, plus we need to see how powerful his awakened form is and if he's Hajime.

By the way, I wonder how will the God Appmon appear

1. One episode each Appmon: That'd take 6 episodes and we have 10 episodes left, so it'd leave us with 4 episodes to do stuff. I hope they don't do this.
2. All of 'em (or at least the Main 4 or 5) in one episode: Like they did on Episode 38 where they all got their DUOs in one episode. But they need to pull out something to activate the Ultim4te chips. I also wonder how will the Bond Awakening work here (In the arcade game the Appmon evolve without AppFusing). I bet this will happen in Episode 43 because that's when the set of God Grades will be available.
3. Duets: PLEASE, I already know the perfect pairs (Gaiamon and Rebootmon, Poseidomon and Uranusmon, Hadesmon and Deusmon) where it'll take just 3 episodes, leaving 7 episodes to play around.

By the way, thinking about it, with the CGI skipping frames and that "peculiar" design. URANUSMON WILL BE HIDEOUS

Deusmon need not be the result of AppFusion. Almost none of the villain Appmon have been fusions. By the way, not that it matters much in Japanese media, but "deus" is a masculine noun. More relevant, Deusmon doesn't have boobs and isn't pink, so it's presumably male. As for what Speciamon is, I'm betting a hoax.

This episode is one of the higher-end ones. I really enjoy it especially Knight's Characterization and the neat Knight Piece Logo. Although I am annoyed by the lack of naming of techniques, the battle itself is good. Knight may actually team up with Mienumon/Sakushimon crew at this point. I really like the Logic vs. Sentiment. Like to see innocent Knight and Charismon's change in attitude. I was wondering what Leviathan would do with Knight and I am glad that that is resolved.

I do hope we got tamer style fusion for bond awakening, I mean this episode actually give a small possibility of that happening with Haru naked on Gatchmon.

I think, though it might not be supported by the already released merchandise, that the studio might as well create a yet another kiwami Appmon and show it in the anime. A kiwami that we never have heard about so far. Something like Satellamon that evolves into nothing.

But now with all but one evo part there, I guess they'll deal with Hajime to make Rei open up more to the others which will lead to evos for him. Wonder how this will all turn out.

Well... Cyber bullying is not a light matter, a girl in steven universe fandom was driven to suicide because of she didn't draw fan art like it was 'supposed to be'.
And there also the case of MLP fanfic writer throwing themselves under the train because of malicious review...
