Any apps good for tracking memory?

I know I could just use a calculator but, given that its basically the same as whats used in Chrono Clash, I was wondering if there was an app already out there that would work better?

4 months without an answer, do you still need it? you found one? I could do something if you need one and doesn't exist yet. (I don't think I could export it natively to Linux, but Wine should be enough)
