The collaborations keep on coming.
This time it's with the Anrakutei restaurant chain. They are a restaurant that serves what most of us would call Korean BBQ.
It begins February 20th and runs through March 15th.
They will have 3 collaboration menu items, each punned after Agumon, Gabumon, and V-mon:
Atsugiri Misuji Steak, Thick-sliced shoulderblade meat steak - 890 yen
Gabutto Harami, Huge skirt steak - 890 yen
V-long Ipponyaki, Very long whole grilled rib finger meat - 790 yen
With each purchase you get one of their exclusive collaboration stickers of Agumon, Gabumon, or V-mon at random.
They will also have 2 all you can eat menus in celebration of the new movie.
The Digimon Course is 3,980 yen and includes all 109 items from their menu, and unlimited soft drink, for 3,980 yen. This also includes all 3 stickers.
A smaller 27 item all you can eat is 3,280 yen and also includes all 3 stickers.
Both are 100 minute long courses (last order 20 minutes before the end.) Not gonna translate the full menu they list, but it's there.
They note that the all you can eat courses are slightly different at some stores, and that will still apply here. Most of their stores will run the collaboration, but a handful will not including: Hachioji Kamizuki, Misato Waseda, Shimokita Anrakutei. Another shop they run "国産牛カルビ本舗安楽亭 浦和大谷口店" which doesn't seem to translate well also will not be included.
They will also run a Twitter campaign over the same period.
Take a photo of one of the collaboration menu items when you order, and post on twitter to be entered in a prize lottery.
Make sure you are following their Twitter and post with the hashtags: #安楽亭 and #デジモン
Prize 1- 1 winner
Cast signed poster & 3,000 yen gift certificate for Anrakutei
Prize 2- 5 winners
Kizuna mobile battery & 3,000 yen gift certificate for Anrakutei
And then a small update for the Toei Museum and it's Kizuna content...
Some materials from the staff of the new movie, most notably some shikishi for display arrived and were put on display a few days ago.
Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna, the 20th Anniversary film for Digimon Adventure, comes out February 21 in Japan and March 25th in the US. Tickers are currently on sale for the US screenings, so check Fandango, Atom, or wherever you would normally check for tickets. The Kizuna page on Fathom's website lists theaters.
