Digimon Adventure: episode 29, Escape the Burning Jungle, is about half a day away from starting in Japan, and elsewhere a few hours after that, so we get a nice stack of preview screenshots from the Digimon_TV Twitter (2) (3).

Definitely a strange screenshot for sure... I don't think Allomon's bite force would of been strong enough to cause pain THROUGH the metal of Metalgreymon's trident arm... would of made much more sense on the other side silly animators.

Imagine the screeching sound of Allomon's teeth scratching the metal. Its MetalGreymon's ears that are in pain!

Digimon Armor isn't really armor. It's still part of their body since they're computer programs. Steal Leomons knife and stab it and it'll hurt him. MGmon's metal arm is literally his arm.

You don't seriously believe Digimon seek out Chrome Digizoid equipment for no reason do you? Even if you want to consider all equipment a part of the Digimon, which is an issue in and of itself, it is clearly much more durable than their normal flesh. It is just silly to think a mere bite from some adult level on a Chrome Digizoid armored shoulder should provoke that level of reaction, especially when its teeth aren't even piercing the metal. The animators just made weird, somewhat stupid choice.

Dude, the idea Chrome Digizoid, which multiple profiles talk about being very hard can somehow be easily damaged by a normal bite (and let alone cause pain) is ridiculous.

If Tailmon's Holy Ring is part of her body, how come it didn't hurt in 02 when the Ring was stepped on in the first episode? Wouldn't it have hurt whenever someone stepped on it off-screen during the series? How come it didn't reappear whenever she returns to her Tailmon form?

The bite scene is just a weird goof.

What if the real source of pain is another Allomon biting the tail or another part of the body hidden from this shot?
Wait for the episode before jumping to meme conclusion.

It's still possible that MGrey is hurt because of this single bite. In that case, we will see an animated definition of foolishness.

Tai's MetalGreymon hasn't gone hunting for Chrome Digizoid and replaced his arm

when you kill a Knightmon in a video game, the sword goes with him. Digimon clothes/weapons etc are part of their body
