Episode 27 of Digimon Adventure: has aired in Japan so...

We have the video for the 3rd ED for Digimon Adventure:! It features new artwork and animation of the kids and their Digimon, plus the new song 'Mind Game' by Maica_n.

Quite a different song than we often get for Digimon (and certainly different than Q?, the 2nd ED.)

Really cute song with fun energy to it, and the artwork with some animation is really great.



And a stack of more news involving the new ED!

The digital single for the full version of Mind Game is out in Japan on services to buy and stream.

Maica_n's music seems to get wide distribution outside of Japan, so as it hits midnight, we expect various other countries to have access to it, so keep an eye on it.




And for those who like discs...

Mind Game will be on Maica_n's new album 'Replica' when it comes out on February 17th, 2021.

A first print limited edition version will include a DVD with 2 music videos, one of which is Mind Game.

Lot of stuff all at once. I expect the ED itself will be well liked based on the art alone, but the song is pretty catchy.

As always, Mimi proves to be the best thing in this series, even in the EDs.

God, and here I thought that virtually there can't be any worse ending than the current one. And we're getting this. Talk about some shitty luck :/

This ending sure screams "the show went on hiatus". This is very Fall when Fall's almost over. Liked the previous song better.

I actually liked this ED more than the last one and tbh none of the songs so far clicked with me which is disappointing. I'm still hopeful that next OP/ED will be better...

Taichi's outfit reminds me of his alternate's 02 international arc clothes. And clearly Mimi is the protagonist of the show, as she's the only one dignified with animation. XD

Don't really like the new ending. I hoped Hikari will show more, but... Besides, Tailmon's eyes are of 2 colors (blue and green)?. Do they hint something or it's just the visual mistake?

Odd. I saw Tailmon's eyes both being blue on the new ending. Maybe the illusion of one eye being green is because of how that eye is partially covered by that big pencil

It's way better than Q? but I'm not a fan of it atm. It's doesn't 'shout' Digimon to me. I think it will grow on me more than Q? did that's for sure.

Tailmon's eyes I am sure is down to the lighting from that pencil thing.

The artwork (especially Sora's) is really reminiscent of Our War Game for me.

The song itself was nice. I like it better than "Q?". Mimi's dancing is really fun to watch though!

This is the content I want to see in the series. The gang taking a break a visiting another city and enjoying themselves.

Where does Yamato live in this series again? Looks like they all went to visit him, maybe?
