Adventure: Digivice: Pre-Orders Delayed to June 26th

Just a small, but relevant, update on the upcoming Digivice: from Premium Bandai.

The product standby page on Premium Bandai has added a notice that pre-orders, which were due to start on June 2nd, have been pushed back to June 26th "due to various circumstances."


That's a delay of 3 and a half weeks before you can get pre-orders in. Not a huge surprise with products from many brands being moved around (and with the delay of Adventure: itself.)


Hopefully that's the only delay for the Digivice: we end up seeing.

Mmm, not entirely surprising, hopefully there aren't any shortages. Definitely want to get my hands on this.

I don't think this is a security measure.

Even if the state of emergency was lifted (and it's possible the anime return soon), the anime has been delayed, so they will delay the anime merchandise too, since the anime exists to promote merchandise.

So I guess the shipping date will be delayed as well, to January 2021 perhaps. I still think this will include characters we won't see until later this year, hence the delay.
