I've got to agree with TMS on this one. It definitely could have used twice as much story, or half as many episodes. When it was great, it was amazing, but the pacing was poor, and there were large swaths of episodes where they protagonists had no stakes whatsoever (due to the number of Standards). I enjoyed the use of CGI for the higher stages, and I think Globemon always looked really good, but the chibi design of most of the Supers made them look weird. If just Ultimate and God had been CGI, I would have preferred it. I wish Applinking had been used more, but that would have required intelligent combat planning. Many of the one v ones were fun to watch, but they weren't amazingly tactical fights.

I love the Yuujin stuff, the AI stuff, and all of the plot centric episodes, but it was too watered down by "filler" with too many weak enemies.

I'm still glad the people who watched it and weren't huge fans at least gave it a fair shake. Appmon still struggles getting Digimon fans to even try it. I'd rather have people talking about what they don't like than not talking at all.

This really did need a lot of work to it but still, it was fun. I still think what I said is part of the things that needed work.

I liked this series very much. It had many interesting tropes like having a spy in the team, having an android stuff or the fact that the enemy boss needed the protag and had to make him grow up a little (meaning that the mons of the week weren't as useless as they're in other series).

Been a little hesitant to watch this series, but now I'm watching it. Still on episode 15 and it's quite enjoyable so far, though I agree that the pacing is a little slow. For me the CGI is a cute little touch.

One thing that I don't like is that Sakusimon was defeated after only two encounters. His Haiku was quite fun actually. Oh, and also Astra.
