Digimon 2019 Calendar Available to Pre-Order

    This is a fun surprise!

A 2019 Digimon calendar is coming out in the US!

The calendar covers all of 2019, and also the last few months of 2018.

It measures 12 inches by 12 inches when closed, and 12 by 24 when open.

It was made by Calendar Ink and designed by BrownTrout Publishers.

    The character/art lineup is...

A boys group shot for September thru December 2018.

    Tai for January.
Agumon and his evolutions for February
Matt for March (the image a bit above shows March in more detail.)
    Sora for April.
A girls group shot for May.
    Izzy for June.
    Mimi for July.
Gabumon and his evolutions for August.
    Joe for September.
    TK for October.
    Kari for November.
A group shot of all the kids and Digimon for December.

Interesting, a number of the images are lesser used (they may even be new, or altered versions of prior images), giving it a bit more of a unique look than the artwork we tend to see on US products in recently memory.

The calendar is up for pre-order right now on Calendars.com and costs $14.99. It's currently scheduled to ship in late September.

The coupon code 25OFF is currently active on the site and works on the Digimon 2019 calendar, taking off 25% of pre-orders for it.

Always nice to get more US merchandise, especially when it's affordable like this is.

Thanks to Keifer for the heads up.

Interesting to see relatively fresh art on a Western product. It's not even that weird off-brand look that a lot of the old merchandise had.

I wish that this calendar was more focused on the Digimon than the humans. I'm not super into Digimon merch of human characters in general, it kind of misses the point for me.

The art isn't copy pasted LQ from 20 years ago. Colour me surprised.

It amuses me that the art style is still rocking that early 2000's Fox Kids cyber theme. Call be horrible for saying it doesn't age well when you're a 20something.

Just a heads up for any UK and European members looking to import this: the link redirects to Calender Club UK's website, apparently because of the whole GDPR thing, and Calenders.com is basically inaccessible to us for this reason.

It also appears that Calender Club UK will not be selling this.

That's mildly interesting. And hey, different art. It's a change.
