2020 Digimon Thank You Image & Message

Bandai posted a thank you image and message to the Digimon Web Twitter.


The image features Morphomon, Agumon, and V-mon celebrating the end of 2020.


A quicky translation of the message:

Thank you for your support in 2020　
This year Last Evolution in theaters and Digimon Adventure: were exciting, and there were a lot of goods, plus the Vital Bracelet was announced, so you can't miss it in 2021
2020, mark the year. From Morphomon, Agumon, and V-mon, have a nice year～

Haha, it's almost refreshing to see "thanks 2020" when the internet is filled with the same old cliches of 2020 being the worst year.

(Obviously 2020 has actually been abysmal from pretty much any metric, but wallowing doesn't do much for resiliency even if it feels good)

I'm guessing Veemon is there to represent the Vital Bracelet as opposed to the others being there for Kizuna and Adventure:?

I look forward to 2021 to see the second half of Adventure:, more TCG reveals as well as (hopefully) the release of Survive.

Survive getting bumped back another (and an unexpected) year rather puts a damper on things too, but Digimon in general has had a nice resurgence recently.
