2008 coming up- theme changing daily- READ

since 2008 is soon.......

since the reason for the glitch theme is already know, i'll be randomly switching our themes each day to a past one, and back to the current 'standard' Attack of the Data Squad when I'm done in the next week or so.

first theme is the original wtw-x theme lol, that signified, that yes, with the will was still around

Some big things for 2008.

While staff is sworn to secrecy, they can post a number from 0 to 10 on how they feel about the new stuff as a whole

although the beginnings of one will more then likely show up prior to 2008, so i'll give you a...decent clue

have the skill to be number 1?

while the staff wont comment on if anyone is right or wrong until we reveal it next week (if all goes well), when we do reveal the first person who guessed what it is gets a wtw card

god damn i was lazy as shit when i made that banner before digistar made us a proper one (and then it took even longer to get jita to say yay or nay)

if there is one thing that is better, it sthe time inbetween stuff.

Lost would have an idea, id give it to jita, jita would decide something, id give it to lost, and that would repeat for a day or 2

I should note (doing it in another post since it's more about the theme)

This theme was almost completely based around how With the Will looked before greg's freakout, any changes were specifically because of the difference in forum software and not having the time to properly emulate the look of the old software

a few upgrades to our forum software makes it so this forum doesnt display quite as properly as it used to, but its still pretty close


also, feel free and comment on this and the other old themes as they show up

i'll post what the new theme is and any details i remember in the making of it (might be wrong in a few, its been awile for some of these)

wasnt our fault, at the time jita didnt have control of the wtw domain, so we had to decide on a new one, wtw-x was as close as we could figure out, i think it was digistars idea, since then the wtw domain is in my possession though

Miff!!

I had a 'choose your theme' box down on the bottom, opened it, one got selected, now it's gone and I'm stuck with a different theme!!

We stopped putting the change your theme box down at the bottom because people got confused when they got to a theme that didn't have it.

fine the profile button 'points up' then click it

on the left side find 'Look and Layout Preferences' and click that

find where it says 'Current Theme' and you will see "(change)", click that

click "use this theme" on the theme you want

This one was the standard theme we moved to once the url was in my hand and we fully rebranded everything with the will.

the banner was a new one based on jitas original with the will banner design

Also, wanted to take a minute to thank all our staff.

The mods, rian, airdra, blade, lost, digistar, seifer, etc.

The place couldn't exist without them.

I actually thought it was annoying back when you were changing it once a month. Eh, then again, it's only 'cause I'm too lazy to scroll down and find out what the different icons mean.

Filling in for goc, who's off at some Jewy family function of his of which I can only imagine is especially boring. The AI... or Al force... whatever theme I think was based on an existing theme of WtW's from back in the day. Well, whatever.

I just totally picked this one at random, since he was all like 'change it today and tomorrow'. Yadda yadda, blah blah. I just like the idea of being able to irritate everyone a little more, so I picked the bright blue bastard! (aha, alliteration!)
