"Confirmed" or "null canon" Digital World locations?

Because I'm a nerd about these types of things, is there a way to compile all the places that actually make up the Digital World, or is many of this stuff lost to time? My first instinct was to scour the Reference Book profiles for any mention of any location(Whamon and the Net Ocean, The Three Great Angels and the Kernel, Kuramon and the Computer Network, Astamon and the Dark Area, etc.)And then you have the map of the Digital World(that I'm honestly not sure of its origin; Digimon Channel?) and the New Digital World. I want to avoid places that are too specific to any one anime or game, but File Island as it appears in Digimon World and Adventure are remarkably similar...

But... doesn't Wizarmon's null-canon profile confirm that there are multiple Digital World? Isn't it possible that one Digital World doesn't have File Island, another one doesn't have Server Continent, etc?
I am a Digimon fan who was an Elementary Schooler during WarGreymon era,
a Middle Schooler during KaiserGreymon era, a High Schooler during ShineGreymon era,
and a college student during ZekeGreymon era.

Then, I suppose what I'm asking about is the Digital World as established in the V-Pets? "Established," of course, being a messy term.

(And of course there are Digital Worlds that don't have Server; that's Adventure-exclusive)

    http://digimon.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Locations
^that has links to the locations mentioned in the profiles (among anime, manga, and video game locations as well). I'm unaware of any locations mentioned in the V-Pets because I've never had them

Virtually all of the locations mentioned in the profiles were either somewhere in the Digimon Channel/Digimon World/Battle Terminal map, or are stuff like the "Firewall" or "Net Area" that were introduced when Adventure was the only game in town. It sounds like you're asking about the map of that world, so http://digimon.wikia.com/wiki/Digital_World_(Adventure) would be the way to go. Wizarmon's profile confirms that Witchelny is the Digital World of another dimension, but Witchelny has its own very distinct set of locations and rules, and the Digimon that hail from it are pretty strongly indicated in their profiles.

There is one location I don't have seen in both Wikimon or the Digimon Wiki. The Training BOX (「育成BOX」), some sort of pocket dimension that exists in a different layer of the Digital World, were the Digimon that have been raised in a V-pet live (the Digimon aren't stored in the V-pet, the device just links to the Training BOX).

each universe has itīs own DigiWorld aswell as itīs own way how it was created, by whatever people.
however if youre interested in some sort of map that combines all of them, then check out DMO it has alot of places from all of the anime

B-mon is looking for locations in the Digital World of the profiles (which, contrary to the wikia, bears little geographical or historical resemblance to the Digital World of Adventure).

In fact, I'm wondering why the wikia calls the "original, null-canon" world "Adventure", if when Adventure debuted as an anime, those places of the null canon already existed. The setting is clearly different, with Server Continent just being an expy of Folder Continent (that also existed even before Adventure concepts were created).

We even have Kakudou saying that they took the File Island from the games, that means it and all its regions weren't created for the Adventure anime.

What historical info do we have for the null-canon Digital World, beyond the incredibly vague that would fit into -any- Digital World?

And Folder Continent appeared within the Adventure universe, in the manga. The lead of the article very clearly explains why it's covering them in one central location. If we have sources that make it explicitly clear that the basic geography differs between versions of that world, that would definitely be interesting, but as far as I'm aware from the sources, it's treated as different parts of the same world with different timelines.
