Question Digimon v4 has pushed in connectors?

    Hello everyone,
I bought a v4 Digimon pet and the connectors seem a little bit pushed in and if I push them they seem to go down further than in my other vpets. Is there anything I can do to fix it or does anybody have any advice?
    Thank you

It's possible that the Vpet has been taken apart at some point and not reassembled correctly. If you have some mini screwdrivers then I would take a look, the terminals do slot in a certain way if I recall.

I was considering that being a likely reason and a likely solution.
So taking it apart won't break it?
    I'll take it apart tonight.

Be very, and I mean VERY careful when splitting the shell. While the screen and circuit board are all affixed to the front with additional screws, the speaker is affixed to the back and attached with wire. This solder connection is over 15 years old, and can become separated very easily. So just open it cautiously, and evenly.

Oh goodness I don't think I'm brave enough to do that. Besides the connector it works fine.

UPDATE: So I couldn't get the screws on the case undone so I got a mini screw driver because my theory was the connectors were bent down so I kind of bent them up carefully. Works fine now. Probably not the smartest idea but it certainly works. Megadramon here I come!
