someone knows if their online shop still works? they seem to have some up to date stock, but that 'under construction' notice on the mainpage leaves me wondering. I had plans to buy some items from them

A quick google search will show you that they're very unreliable and that you probably shouldn't buy from them :/

I know :S but it was my last resource just in case the item I wanted to purchase never shows again on ebay or something

Contact them first but be warned, their page is never updated so it is important you either email them or call them if possible to check availability.

Their customer service is horrific and are very overpriced. Furthermore, you could wait weeks, sometimes up to more than a month to receive your order and they have been known to send the wrong item. Happened to me years ago. They will then require you to send the item back at your own expense to begin the waiting game all over again once they receive the incorrect item and hopefully ship the correct one. I actually just got a refund and then you have to go through that channel and it is extremely exhausting when it is all said and done. Avoid them if you can.

I have heard nothing but horror stories about them, so avoid. I heard going to their actual store is probably better, if you can afford a trip out to Hawaii or wherever it is.
