We have a date sorta, and confirmation that 02 will be first (also they are doing Pretty Cure)

Interesting to note they seem to signify Digimon Adventure 02 as one of their 2 MOST popular shows.

I'd guess these will be up sooner rather than later, once they are up I'll make sure detailed reviews of translations, subtitles, video, and audio are up asap.

edit- AnimeNewsNetwork just put up (as default) a Digimon 02/Pretty Cure theme for their newspage, so these will LIKELY be up in a matter of hours

edit2- The episodes are up

It is also worth noting that outside of 'digivolving' (I guess Veemon also since the Japanese is normally shown as V-Mon) they use Japanese terms/names like Daisuke and Digimon Kaiser .

Toei Animation Co. Ltd. and Toei Animation Inc. will debut their two most popular animated series, DIGIMON ADVENTURE 02 and PRETTY CURE online this July. Each series will be available for download on IGN.com's Direct2Drive section.

SLAM DUNK and FIST OF THE NORTH STAR were the first titles to premiere online last month as a result of this new initiative. Other animated titles from Toei's extensive catalogue will roll out later this year.

DIGIMON ADVENTURE 02
The second season of Toei Animation's mega-hit animated series follows the adventures Daisuke Motomiya and his friends as they battle the evil Digimon Kaiser who is out for domination in the Digital World. The powers of Digimon Kaiser prevent other Digimon from Digivolving, causing a big scare. In this pinch a new generation of Digimon hero arrives. Daisuke and his partner Veemon join forces with their friends to go save the Digital World from the Digimon Kaiser.

PRETTY CURE
Nagisa and Honoka are both eighth graders at the Verone Junior High School for girls. The girls both encounter Mepple and Mipple  two mysterious creatures who came down from the sky one night. Mepple and Mipple have fled from their homeland

Not only is that... technically true, it sounds like 'exciting engrish' doesn't it?

YES!!  Digimon!  Now I've just to figure out how use that service and find a credit card.  And I've really got to clear room on my computer for anime episodes.  But otherwise, yay!

Well, this makes sense. Zero Two is no longer on Jetix, so if it's put on On Demand, then that means all five series will be back on TV: Adventure/Tamers/Frontier and Data Squad on Jetix and Zero Two on On Demand.

They're up now. Episodes 1-15, it looks like. Go go go. If you want to see more of them, buy them.

Not 100% true.

Although foreign purchases aren't officially supported....

the drm-key's will activate anywhere in the world for www.direct2drive.com's video files, you simply must find someone to 'gift' them to your email address

I believe the only limitation is it is Windows Media DRM, so those who aren't on XP or Vista may be screwed.

...yes.

However, considering it's an official release at only roughly two bucks an episode, and a DVD is usually four-five eps for $20+ usually... yeah. Yeah it's a bargain ;p

Video quality has issues, these appear to be sourced from the same place as the Slam Dunk and Fist of the North Star episodes
